USE
- Gently light the Smudge Stick for 10-15 seconds and use the smoke to cleanse your space
- Place the Smoky Quartz Crystal on your stomach, close your eyes, and take three deep breaths
- Lightly press the Calming Serum onto any of your nine major pulse points; to release anxiety and tension, we recommend applying pressure on your inner wrists, along the wrist crease towards the pinky side for about one minute
- Complete your favorite mind, body, or spirit exercise from your Workbook; jot down thoughts and feelings

Products come packaged in a 11.25" x 11.25"x 4" reusable box. The smudge stick is wrapped in a reusable rice paper bag and measures approximately 4" x 1.5" x 1.5". The crystal is wrapped in a travel muslin bag and measures approximately 1.5" x 1.5" x 1".
