USE
- Gently light the Smudge Stick for 10-15 seconds and use the smoke to cleanse your space
- Hold the Amethyst Crystal on top of your head to bring calm and clarity to your mind
- Lightly press the Calming Serum onto any of your nine major pulse points; to help focus, we recommend applying pressure in a circular motion to the midpoint between your eyebrows for about one minute
- Complete your favorite mind, body, or spirit exercise from your Workbook; jot down thoughts and feelings

Products come packaged in a 11.25" x 11.25"x 4" reusable box. The smudge stick is wrapped in a reusable rice paper bag and measures approximately 4" x 1.5" x 1.5". The crystal is wrapped in a travel muslin bag and measures approximately 1.5" x 1.5" x 1".
